Time change
As a public service announcement, we at AA would like our readers to know that we are now on daylight savings time or as they say here, summer time.

I think Americans (all but Arizona, Indiana and Hawaii) change their time next weekend.
This means for you on the East Coast of the United States, we're now six hours ahead, for you in the Central zone, we're seven hours ahead, and for you in Arizona ... oh, crud, I can never remember what time you're on.
Arizona and Indiana, I swear ...
But, after next weekend when we change times, will you be 6 hours ahead of those of us in the central zone?
AZ is easy -- we're always on Mountain Standard Time. We are currently (and will remain throughout your Summer Time) 8 hours behind you. After next weekend, AZ and CA will both be on the same time. Then, the Central Time Zone will be 6 hours behind you and the Eastern Time Zone will be 5 hours behind you. The Navajo Nation (a chunk of which is in AZ) changes to daylight savings time, but the Hopi Nation (all of which is in AZ and is surrounded by the Navajo Nation) does not change time. So, if you're traveling through AZ during the summer months, you could, theoretically, have to change your watch several times during a day long trip.
I think that's the case in Indiana, too. Lake County is on central time, the rest of the state is on eastern time, except Bloomington, which I think is on eastern time plus 15 minutes during the winter and central minus 23 during the summer.
And we happen to be falling back April 2 instead of springing forward... oh my!
