On a side note, as I returned to our flat at some point last week, a gray tabby who looked like a small, more mobile version of Greg scampered across the front garden of our building and made my acquaintance. This Greg lookalike wanted into our building, but alas ....

Sorry I haven't been on the blog recently--I have had numerous distractions. The fuzzy kitty pictures are much appreciated at this time, as a surefire mood lightener.
There's a big article in the Style section of the Post today about a granny who took a hammer to her local Comcast office in rage at its nonexistent customer service. The article refers to a website, comcastmustdie.com, which is run by our old buddy Bob Garfield. Glad to know he pursues such wholesome hobbies.
