Hola From Barcelona

If you thought no chef would ever be able to combine sea bass with peach ice cream in a single dish that anybody would eat, you'd be wrong.

Maybe they served it with a scoop of ice cream in the sea bass' mouth!!! That would be a great picture.

It was the "taster's menu" at Commerc24, so the sea bass and the peach ice cream was just one of a number of tapas-style dishes we had. And yes it was very good.

And, MK, that's a good idea, although since it was small portions it was a small medallion of sea bass with a small scoop of ice cream on top.

We'll play "What's that food?" tomorrow. I've got a great one.
