Gee, Smitty, if you and Mrs. W would buy that, you'd have room for all your guests. I agree with OK - at least go look at it. (And take pictures to post.)
The Powerball is up to $32 million this week. I'll buy you the flat when we win.
BTW, it's much cheaper to buy a place in humid Flagstaff.
I guarantee that that place is nicer than our flat. Every flat in Highgate is nicer than our flat!
My driver this morning did remark on what a nice, quiet street it was.
Of course, if it's 4 bedrooms, you might have relatives who try to move in with you!
And, I think you have a nice flat--the perfect size for you.
