Not sure how "baby" your brother is, but my guests have always enjoyed an early morning trip to Camden Market and then the water taxi to Little Venice...walk along the canal bit up and there's a cute restaurant with outdoor seating called The Waterway. Also, the water taxi takes you through the zoo, so you'll get to see some hyenas if you're lucky.
The boat ride to Greenwich is nice too...visit the observatory and call your family with a foot in each hemisphere.
You mentioned that "baby brother" wanted to see Stonehenge; what about stopping at Salisbury as well? (I hope I'm not too late.) Salisbury is beautiful and very walkable--it looks like the setting for every English novel you've ever read. Off the Queen Elizabeth Gardens near the train station, there's a great footpath that takes you past a sheep meadow on the right and Salisbury Cathedral on the left; after about a mile, it leads you to the river Nadder and a great old 14th-century mill turned excellent pub. Ask directions--it's worth it, especially on a sunny day.
