Howdy, y'all! So I have made my first trip back to the States since moving abroad. And you know what? It was harder to get back into this country than it was to get into the UK. Seriously.
While I didn't get Chipotle, I did get Tex-Mex while I was here. Mmm good!

I did, thanks to my wonderful hosts! Plus the weather is better in Houston at the mo.

Chipotle powder is available by mail from Pendery's of Fort Worth, along with incomparable Puebla chilis.
Personally I'm jonesing for Trappey's black beans. I'm bringing a case when I come back.
