You're right. 99 degrees is a little cool.
I actually miss small denom folding money - cause if you get a few $1 and $2 coins in your billfold it is pretty darn heavy to lug around! :)
To tag on to what the middle kid said, 99 degrees is cool, unless you also have 99% humidity. I did hear that it is often cold and rainy in London.
